Vault PM would like to introduce you to one of our two managing directors and NSW Property Manager, Vicki Lear.
Vicki is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in three states being NSW, QLD & SA and is also an Accredited Property Manager with 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
With a combination of passion and knowledge, Vicki strives to achieve the best results for her clients. Her friendly and approachable manner allows her to empathise, negotiate and communicate with all clients including property investors, tenants and tradespeople.
Vicki leads a highly skilled team across the country to ensure that all of Vault PM’s clients have a fantastic experience.
In Vicki’s spare time she loves to relax on the water fishing for anything from Bream to Marlin both on a social and competitive level. When the weather is bad you will find her running with her dog, Gizmo.
We would like to introduce you to one of our Directors, Client Liaison Manager and Marketing Guru, Michelle Williams.
Working directly with our landlords to ensure that they have a fantastic experience as an investor, she is also responsible for business development and marketing for Vault PM. You may have seen her in some short films titled “tips on buying your first investment property” and “why are routine inspections so important”. Michelle also has a passion for adopting new ways to improve the client experience.
As someone with a particularly positive attitude towards her life and work, Michelle’s warm and helpful nature is dedicated to building trusting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. She provides clients with invaluable support, highly individualised service, and an enthusiastic approach to proficiently achieving timely outcomes.
When Michelle isn’t working or spending time with her two boys, she loves to hit the ground running, having competed in countless City to Surfs, Tough Mudder, half marathons and walking her dog, Winston. With another half marathon set in her sights for 2022.
Based out of Wollongong, Maegen currently manages the office at Vault Property Management.
With 4 years of administration experience, Maegen has extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of the importance of helping the office and her Property Managers operate smoothly.
Bright, excitement and enthusiasm are just some of the keywords used to describe Maegen by those close to her, along with her positive attitude towards any situation that this role throws at her.
Maegen is dedicated to her role and thrives on providing the best customer service she can, believing that communication is the key to succeeding in this role.
When Maegen was younger she was a competitive dancer representing Australia in a countless number of comps and her biggest achievement was competing over in America when she was just 14. In her spare time, Maegen enjoys going to the gym with her partner and spending time with her family.
Enthusiastic and extremely driven, Tracey is a committed real estate professional with many years’ experience and has a unique appreciation for all aspects of property management.
With Tracey’s unsurpassed knowledge and being licensed in SA & NSW means her clients are well represented with regards to fair and up to date rental returns.
Tracey loves her career and is passionate about everything Property Management. She has all the qualities you want in a Property Manager, a friendly attitude, excellent time management and organisational skills and ‘A class” customer service.
Tracey has a strong work ethic and efficient service, always going above and beyond for her clients, she strives to make every experience a positive and memorable one.
In a previous life, Tracey was a qualified Chef and spent 15 years in the hospitality industry where her and her husband had the opportunity of owning their own restaurant. Her family today are still heavily involved in the industry and enjoy a good bottle of wine and food surrounded by friends and family.
Meagan grew up in Moonta Bay on the Yorke Peninsula and has forged a long and successful 30+ year Real Estate career.
Over time Meagan has developed a keen aptitude from her experience and knowledge in the industry. A recipient of the REISA Property Manager of the Year award in 2018, runner up in 2019 and a finalist again in 2021. A longstanding member of the Real Estate Institute of SA, Meagan has gained the recognition and respect of her clients and her peers.
Meagan made the transition to the city seamlessly having relocated to get married. In her spare time, Meagan likes to relax walking the dogs and has a love of travel and camping. She also has a passion for classic cars. Charity is also close to Meagan’s heart having run several fundraisers for women’s cancer and more recently getting involved to support the Mary Potter hospice after the loss of her mother to cancer.
Being an investor herself, this gives her a sensitivity and understanding attributed to this personal experience. Meagan’s Can-do attitude and caring nature are what makes her a wonderful Property Manager.
