Please call Head Office on 1300 193 290 and leave a message with your name, property address and a brief description of the emergency repair.
Please log your maintenance request on the maintenance manager application from your device. Failing this please email vaultteam@vaultpm.com.au

- Gas leak
- Serious roof leak
- Burst water service or serious water leak
- Blocked or broken toilet
- Flood or flood damage
- Storm damage
- Fire damage
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Blackout or breakdown to electricity, gas or water supply
- Hot water service breakdown
- Damage that makes the property unsafe
- Stove or oven breakdown
- Heater or air conditioner breakdown
If you or your family are in any danger please call 000 for police, fire or ambulance.
Please notify Vault Property Management as soon as possible to advise about the problem. We will organise urgent repairs or make safe.
Strata common property issues
Please contact your Property Manager so that they can advise the strata or building manager about common property issues and repairs.
Locked Out
If you are locked out and do not have a spare set of keys please do not break into the property. You will be responsible for any repairs needed.
You will need to contact a locksmith and pay them directly.
It is advisable to keep a spare set of keys with a trustworthy person who is easily accessible.
