Urgent or emergency repairs are needed to fix one of the following problems…

  • Failure or breakdown to electricity, gas or water supply
  • Failure or breakdown to hot water service, heating, cooling, cooking or laundering
  • Damage or fault that makes the property unsafe
  • Damage due to natural disaster

• Serious roof leak
• Gas or electrical fault
• Damage caused by storm or flood

Getting non urgent repairs done

From time to time repairs and maintenance will need to be done to the property. These can be mentioned at the time of your routine inspection or you can send a written request through your maintenance online portal.

Getting emergency repairs done

If you require an urgent or emergency repair, please contact Vault Property Management on 1300 193 290 for assistance.

If possible, please also lodge the repair in writing on your maintenance online portal.

Tenants that are living in a strata building, please also contact your building strata manager.

Doing repairs yourself

You must have prior written consent authorising to do any repairs or maintenance yourself.

Please put your request in writing and lodge it through your maintenance online portal.
