We had a fantastic experience renting through Vault Property Management. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, approachable, and always easy to communicate with.

A special mention has to go to Cat, who was absolutely amazing to deal with throughout our tenancy. Cat was always friendly, responsive, understanding, and incredibly helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. She made us feel genuinely valued as tenants and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly.

Even when it came time to move out, the process was straightforward and stress-free, with great communication along the way.

We’re very grateful for the positive experience we had with Vault Property Management and especially for Cat’s care and professionalism. We would happily recommend Vault Property Management to both tenants and property owners, having someone like Cat looking after you makes such a difference!
